Delivery is next working day (UK Mainland only ) which includes monday to Friday only.  Usually our delivery is next working day however due to stock orders we set our terms to 3-5 days.  Delivery is subsidised by us/  We do not offer a free returns option.

All orders received after 2pm will be processed the following working day. ( working days being Monday to Friday )

UNDELIVERED PARCEL

If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, your items will be automatically refunded (minus the postage costs incurred) and an email will be sent advising, you will have to place the order again.
