We understand that not everything fits or, is not always suitable, so, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase from White Ribbon Boutique or if you have changed your mind then we have 2 return options for you outlined below.
1. Post your return back to us (sorry we to keep product costs to a minimum we do not offer free return postage)
2. Drop your return into any of our stores and they can return to us. They will not issue the refund in store as we have to do it against your online transaction.
Please add in your delivery slip so we can find your order easily.
Our online can only offer a refund and not an exchange, however if you like near stores they are able to exhange the item in store for you.
If you are returning for a refund you need to return the goods to us within 14 days of the date our delivery company delivered the item to your home or if your order is collect in store then it is 14 days of when our in store team notified you that your parcel had arrived.
If this date passes and you still need to return your goods we offer a return option upto 28 days under the same terms but we provide a credit to your account instead of a refund, If this time has passed we will not be able to accep the item being returned and you will need to either collect from store or pay postage to have it sent back to you.
Please ensure you use a trackable postage method to return your goods as the item remains your responsibility until we have received it. Should your parcel get lost in the post you will need to raise a claim with your chosen postage carrier. In an effort to maintain low cost products and cheaper postage we do not cover return postage.
Our online team is small and busy so please only message us if 14 days have passed to check the status of your return. Our system will send an automated email to inform you that your refund has been processed. This refund will be paid back to your original payment method and the banking process can take upto 5 working days to show the cleared funds in your account.
Please also check which card you paid with as often we are tracing refunds only for the customer to realise, they paid on a different card.
Please note that we are unable to refund any items that are not fit for resale, clothing showing any signs of the following, will not be refunded:
For jewellery - Earrings are non returnable.
If we can smell any of these on your returned item, we will deem them unfit for resale and return them to you at your cost.

Alternatively, you can drop any returns off to our stores for them to forward to the online warehouse for processing. (a receipt will be provided in store.)
Only Manufacturing faults will be considered and NOT wear and tear, please contact us outlining the fault and preferably with photos within 14 days of receipt. On rare occasions, some faulty products slip through our rigorous Quality Control, we apologise if this is the case and, for the sake of speed, we would ask if you would kindly contact our team and we can arrange for a prepaid label to be provided to return the goods to us.
Please be advised, if no fault is found and the garment was bought within 28 days we shall refund your item minus the cost of the prepaid label. If over 28 days and the fault is not a manufacturing issue, we shall return your item to you and no refund will be provided.
Please note that our manufacturers cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from laundering process.

So sorry this has happened! We work hard to ensure that we deliver the items your ordered, however, If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us by emailing info@whiteribbonboutique.co.uk or call us on 07919 925362 quoting your order number, your name and address, We will provide a pre paid label to return the incorrect goods to us and re send the correct item.
Unfortunately, our online store does not offer an exchange service, please return unwanted goods for a refund and re-order the goods you require.
