Refund policy


We understand that not everything fits or, is not always suitable, so, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, ensuring all tags and swing tickets are in place within 30 days.  To assist your refund, please log into your account to complete a return, that way, we will be able to track your purchase to help speed up your refund.


For hygiene reasons, certain goods like Masks and Snoods etc. cannot be returned.


Currently we subsidise postage to get your goods to you but do not offer free returns. Although we currently offer Free Postage on purchases over £65.00, please note if you need to return an item and your remaining balance falls below the required £65.00 threshold, an automatic £2:50 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.


Please note that we are unable to refund any items that are not fit for resale, clothing showing any signs of the following, will not be refunded:

  • Odours or Perfume smell
  • Make Up or Tanning marks
  • Alterations   
  • Cigarette smells

If we can smell any of these on your returned item, we will deem them unfit for resale and return them to you.


Must not have been worn and no signs of wear.


Must not show any signs of use.

Alternatively, you can drop any returns off to our stores for them to forward to the online warehouse for processing. (a receipt will be provided in store.)


Processed within up to 14 days of items being received.  Faulty garments may take longer due to supplier inspection.


If you have purchased your order using our member points rewards system, we advise that you do not spend your earned points until you have decided not to return your products.

In the event that you do return your item and you have spent your points, we will deduct the amount owed from your refund amount.


We are sorry that we are unable to offer free postage for any returned items, however, it is strongly advised that you use Royal Mail signed for service as your product will be insured and, White Ribbon Boutique cannot be responsible for any returns until they are recorded back to us, we also recommend that you keep your ‘Proof of Postage’ as White Ribbon Boutique cannot be responsible for goods in transit.


Only Manufacturing faults will be considered and NOT wear and tear, please contact us outlining the fault and preferably with photos within 14 days of receipt.  On rare occasions, some faulty products slip through our rigorous Quality Control, we apologise if this is the case and, for the sake of speed, we would ask if you would kindly contact our team and we can arrange for a prepaid label to be provided to return the goods to us. 

Please be advised, if no fault is found and the garment was bought within 28 days we shall refund your item minus the cost of the prepaid label.   If over 28 days and the fault is not a manufacturing issue, we shall return your item to you and no refund will be provided. 

Please note that our manufacturers cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from laundering process.

So sorry this has happened! We work hard to ensure that we deliver the items your ordered, however, If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us by emailing or call us on 07919 925362 quoting your order number, your name and address, We will provide a pre paid label to return the incorrect goods to us and re send the correct item.


Unfortunately, our online store does not offer an exchange service, please return unwanted goods for a refund and re-order the goods you require.
