We are a retailer of ladies’ boutique fashion, operating three retail stores in Northwich, Sandbach and Nantwich, Cheshire, alongside our online store at www.whiteribbonboutique.co.uk.

You may place an order through our website provided you are legally capable of entering into a contract. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order.

Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, however colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings.

We reserve the right to amend product details, pricing or availability at any time without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on our website. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full card details.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A legally binding contract is formed once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where stock is unavailable, pricing errors occur or fraudulent activity is suspected. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and applies to all purchases.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy, including being unworn, unused and fit for resale. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect, as detailed in our Returns Policy.

Sale items are subject to the terms outlined in our Returns Policy and are not refundable for cash.

Exchanges

Our online store does not offer an exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it in line with our Returns Policy and place a new order. Exchanges may be available in store, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within the timeframes set out in our Returns Policy.

Only manufacturing faults will be accepted. Wear and tear or damage caused by use, washing or misuse is not considered a fault.
