1. Where are White Ribbon Boutique stores located?
We have three boutiques located in Northwich, Sandbach and Nantwich - Cheshire, alongside our online store serving customers across the UK.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and time of year. You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been sent.
3. What is your returns policy?
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unworn, unused and fit for resale. Returns made after 14 days and up to 28 days will be issued as store credit. Please note that sale items are non refundable for cash. Full details can be found in our Returns Policy.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Our online store does not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return the item in line with our Returns Policy and place a new order. Exchanges may be available in store, subject to availability.
