PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS.



All returns must have tags on and be in an unworn resalable condition with no perfume or laundering or smoke smells.  If your item has strong smells it will be deemed not suitable for resale and returned to you and no refund will be provided. 

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of items being received.  Faulty garments may take longer due to supplier inspection. 



Faulty items


FAULTY GOODS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS A RETURNS REQUEST HAS BEEN COMPLETED OUTLINING THE FAULT IN THE GARMENT.  


Faults covered are manufacturing faults only and not wear and tear.


Please request a returns label from us, upon receipt your item will be checked for faults  with quality control or supplier inspection.   If no fault is found and garment was bought within 28 days we shall refund your item minus the postage costs.  If over 28 days and the fault is not a manufacturing fault we shall return your item to you and no refund will be provided.


 Delivery Charges

 

    • Standard UK Delivery £2.50 uk 48 hour (working days only)

    • Saturday Delivery £8.00

    • Overseas Delivery various charges, please contact us for a quote. 

       

        

      UK 48 Hour      -           £2.50

      Order before 2pm and your parcel will be with you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) Weekend orders will be processed on Monday and will receive delivery the next working day.

       

      Saturday Delivery  -     £8.00  if ordered before 2pm Friday

       

      Standard delivery is 3-5 working days.  Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day and delivery will be 3-5 days thereafter.

       

      Undelivered Parcel 

      If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, your items will be automatically refunded and an email will be sent advising, you will have to place the order again. Your parcel will be held at the post office for 18 days and this is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery, please check your tracking at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

       

      I have not received my order.

      If your order has taken longer than a week to arrive from dispatch, feel free to Contact Us and we will be able to inform you further.

       

      I received the wrong item


      If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please Contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the item that you have received. Please can you send this back to us at Standard Delivery cost which will be reimbursed once a copy of your Standard return receipt is received. 

       

       POST TO :  White Ribbon, 23 HIgh Street, Nantwich, CW5 5AH  You do not have to wait for us to contact you, just return with details of the order.

       

      Return or exchange an item: Complete this form

       

      If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made. 

       

      If you want to return, then make sure it's within 14 days and that.

    • The items are unworn and un-washed
    • For shoes - the items haven't been worn and show no signs of wear
    • The items all still have the original packaging and tags attached
    • There are no make up stains on the items
    • There are no smells on the garments including perfume, smoke and pet smells. 

  

ALL GARMENTS WILL BE CHECKED AND ANY NOT MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

Please note: 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.  Please include your invoice number and name in the parcel.
